The snorkelling available at Thudufushi Island is superb. The house reef is extremely close to the shore line about sixty six percent of the way around the island. This adds convenience for those who wish to snorkel as they can begin right from the shoreline. The beaches are just as exquisite as the rest of the island, broad with soft white sands and azure waters.
There is not much diving done here, so for those who wish to experience there is much personal attention in the very small training groups. The atoll where those who visit Thudufushi Island dive is only used by two other resorts meaning that the best diving areas are constantly available. Many, however, prefer to stay at the beach to sun tan and sun bathe and receive a daily massage performed by some of the most highly rated masseuses in the area. The fishing boat is also in perfect condition with the very best in equipment, rods and reels.
Rooms and food
The rooms available all have a beautiful view of the beach, ocean and horizon. They are very classy and contain all the necessary amenities for everyone to feel comfortable while on holidays. The bathroom is designed traditionally with open air, but contains hot and powerful showers.
The real gem of a holiday to Thudufushi Island is the food that is offered. There is a wonderful variety of some very gourmet dishes like octopus, duck and salmon as well as many international favourites. The chefs are sure to prepare everything with the best ingredients available. The great variety allows their to be food for even the pickiest of eaters.
